Finish the work. Clear the site. Monument provides defined cleanup, debris handling, and work-area closeout services for contractors and commercial properties.

Detailed post-construction cleaning, hazardous-material removal, inspections, and licensed trade work are not included automatically.

Outside Scope

Monument is a field-services company — not a licensed contractor. Monument does not provide:

  • Structural demolition
  • Licensed electrical, plumbing, or HVAC work
  • Roofing installation or repair
  • Engineering services
  • Architecture
  • Surveying
  • Building inspections
  • Permit consulting
  • General contracting where licensure is required
  • SWPPP design, inspection, certification, or compliance consulting
  • Hazardous materials, mold, or asbestos handling or removal
  • Tree climbing or hazardous hanging limb removal
  • Power-line work of any kind
  • Forestry mulching (referred to qualified partners only)
  • Equipment-based work (grading, drainage prep, material handling) — available on a per-project basis when properly equipped and insured. Ask us about your project.
  • Security, patrol, or watchman services
  • Fall protection, trench protection, or engineered safety barriers
