  • A contractor needs the site reset between phases before the next trade arrives
  • Materials need to be staged room-by-room before work starts

  • A project needs a clean closeout and owner-walkthrough preparation

What Monument Can Help With

Pre-Clearance & Site Assessment

Best For: Land clearing, forestry, or heavy equipment work where site conditions need to be documented and confirmed before mobilization.

Before clearing, cleanup, contractor work, forestry-adjacent work, or property reset begins, Monument documents visible site conditions, access points, owner-marked boundaries, preserve areas, debris zones, obstacles, and project notes. When appropriate and within approved scope, Monument can also assist with light physical cleanup or removal that helps prepare the site for the next phase.

Includes

  • Full property walk and hazard flagging
  • Boundary and access route check
  • Owner-directed preserve zone marking
  • Photo documentation of existing conditions
  • Written summary report for owner and contractor

Outcome

A documented, flagged, and cleared-to-proceed site — before the first pass.

This is not a licensed survey, engineering service, inspection, forestry service, hazard certification, code review, or boundary verification.
